Official Grades Record & Transcript

Upon your written request, an "Official Grades Record and Transcript" will be mailed you. There is a $110 fee for the "Grades & Record Transcript." Under the Privacy Act, transcripts are not sent to a third party without a dated and signed letter from the student requesting that their transcript be sent to some other person, a business, school, or entity. Additional copies of the original transcript will be sent in sealed envelopes to anyone whom you request in writing that the transcript be sent to. There is a $15 fee charged for each additional transcript copy request.

Once you have completed your full degree study program, you may request an "Official Grades Record and Transcript." Transcripts will not be issued until the $110 has been paid. By law, transcripts MUST be requested in writing and MUST contain your signature and the date signed. Requests MUST be sent by postal mail (not by email).

How the Payment Plan Works
All fees and tuition except the Evaluation Fee and Transcript Fee are covered in our “pay as you go” plan. The Evaluation Fee is paid before you start making payments for receiving the lessons. The Transcript Fee only applies if you request a transcript after you have completed 30 or more semester hours through Tripp Bible Institute.

After we have completed an evaluation for you and have arrived at the total reduced price, we inform you as to the total number of study books you will need to complete to get your degree(s). You pay only $19.50 per study book. Your payment covers the cost of tuition, study books, and shipping. If you decide you only want to receive one lesson at a time, your payments are $19.50 per study book which pays for your fees and tuition as you progress with your studies. Therefore, once you have completed all of the lessons required your tuition and fees are paid in full.

You are NOT required to pay the “Grades Record & Transcript Fee” unless you request us to send you a transcript.

Grief & Crisis Counselor Certificate  -   200 Semester Hrs
Christian Counselor Certificate         -   195 Semester Hrs
Chaplain Certificate                            -   190 Semester Hrs
Master Degree                                     -   175 Semester Hrs
Bachelor Degree                                  -   120 Semester Hrs
Associate Degree                                -      60 Semester Hrs

Explanation: The chart above shows the total semester hours required for each degree or specialized certificate. A bachelor degree requires 120 total semester hours, and a master degree requires 175 total semester hours. That is NOT 120 semester hours PLUS 175 semester hours. It is 120 semester hours for the bachelor degree PLUS an additional 55 semester hours for the master degree. 

Your degree certificates are automatically issued as you earn the required semester hours to earn a particular degree or certificate.

Note: Our evaluation process reduces the total number of semester hours required. This will reduce the total number of lessons which you will need to complete and will therefore reduce your overall cost
